OC Water Tribe girl

Soooo... this is Toma and her friend Bond the Penguin. she is a waterbender from the Larkspur water tribe. There are not many of them left. They mastered the art of fermenting a special flower to produce acid like poison. She always carries a fresh batch of that in her pouch. She is a warrior, but her skills of healing are exceptional, for the poison can be used as medicine if you know the right ways to handle it.
